I’ve parked there several times in the past, but it only takes one smashed window to learn the hard way that Jiffy absolutely does not care about the vehicles parked in their lots - or their customers. Since Jiffy is a self-park facility, all vehicle owners should know in advance that Jiffy has zero expectations for care, custody, control, or responsibility of/for the vehicles parked there. I filed a claim and Propark Corporate wrote, “…since you self-parked your vehicle and at no time was it under our care, custody and control, we are unable to assume responsibility for the damage you have claimed.” This is a corporate policy and appears to apply to all Jiffy parking facilities managed by Propark America of Hartford, CT.
